Muthu Krishnan - (Founder /CEO/President)

Muthu is a serial entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. He was a Founder, the CEO and President for mas-itbiz Solutions, Inc which is now masIT Solutions, Inc., a leading player "healthcare IT". Thereafter, Muthu founded masIT, Solutions and has played the pivotal role in growing masIT Solutions to its current position.

Muthu has more than 8 + years of Healthcare Industry Experience and has worked with major EMR Products such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, GE, etc. Muthu has recently worked as a CIO /Senior Director for a Medical device company in Fremont.
He is experienced in heading major Healthcare IT projects for companies such has Kaiser Permanente, Cisco Systems, McKesson and other Medical Device companies.

With 13 years in Information Technology, including Senior Management, Project Management, System & Database Administration, System Design/Development, and Technical Architecture, Muthu has developed outstanding skills in assessing client needs and recommending effective solutions.

Muthu's leadership skills were developed at Kaiser Permanente, where he managed multiple, complex projects ($2.5B+) for Healthcare IT matrix organization while building cross-functional teams and deep client relationships. Muthu has Masters Degree (MBA) in Finance from Leicester University, UK Muthu has Project Management Certification from PMI and member of PMI since 2004.

An avid sportsman, Muthu is particularly passionate about Tennis, cricket and golf. He loves watching Movies and reading Magazines. He is good food "critic"

Mani Perialwar - VP of Engineering/ Co-Founder

Mani Perialwar received his MS degree (Instrumentation Engineering) from Anna University, Chennai, India in 1997. He then joined TCS, India as Software Engineer in 1997. He came to US in December 1998 as software consultant and has been providing consulting services to more than 12 clients in US including PayPal, Cisco Systems, HP, and PG&E. As part of his consulting services career Mani has performed different roles including Project Manager (on/site, offshore model), Architect and has been responsible for end to end implementation of various complex projects in Data warehouse/ Business Intelligence and internet technologies.

Mani also founded a Data warehouse specialized IT consulting services company, Synerva Inc in June 2006 and successfully managed the company as CEO/ President until company was acquired in April 2009.
