Muralli Rangarajan - Advisor

Murrali Rangarajan has over thirty years of experience in the technology industry. He is Managing Director and Co Founder of Business Accelerator LLC. His prior roles have been as Chief Operating Officer of e4e inc, President and CEO of Arula Systems a venture backed network management company and President and CEO for about 8 years of iLogistix a fast growing $ 800 M global, private integrated supply chain and outsourcing company serving globally known brands such Intel, Apple, Microsoft, Sun, HP, Logitech, Compaq.

Murrali has also served for many years in a variety of senior positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and Ford of Europe. He is also an advisor, consultant and board member for a number of start-up and mid-size companies and advises companies in mergers and acquisitions, scaling companies, leveraging worldwide operations, manufacturing, supply chain and corporate culture.

Murrali Rangarajan holds an MBA from UCLA in marketing and finance, a Masters degree from Arizona State University in Operations and Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras.

In the Non-Profit arena, he is a Board Member of TiE Silicon Valley, a Charter Member of TiE SV, and a Founder Director of TiE institute, whose focus is to teach entrepreneurship and soft skills.

Somshankar Das ("Som" - Advisor)

Somshankar Das ("Som") is an international business executive, investor and entrepreneur in the US-India corridor for the past 20 years. Som is Managing Director and Co Founder of Business Accelerator LLC, focused on increasing value for Mid-Cap Companies by leveraging the synergies in the growing US - India business corridor.

Prior to this, Som was a Co founder, CEO and President of e4e Inc, a Business Solutions Company operating between the US and India. e4e Inc continues as a successful ongoing business. Som has been a General Partner at Walden International, a Venture Capital firm, and was involved in making successful investments in companies such as WebEx, MindTree, Infotech Enterprises, Techspan, Sierra Atlantic, Siltera Wafer Foundry (in Malaysia), Escalade and Virtual Silicon.

He was Director of Strategic Alliances and World Wide Business Development at VLSI Technology, Inc, a leading ASIC supplier and was responsible for developing partnerships with marquee companies such as Zilog, Rockwell, Sierra Semiconductor etc, as well as for expansion into the Asia Pacific region. Earlier Som belonged to the elite Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the Central Government's Civil Service, in India.

He holds a Masters Degree in Science from Calcutta University in Physics and Mathematics and a MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He is a Charter member of TiE Silicon Valley.
